FREE SHIPPING PROMO

All U.S. orders that exceed $100 will receive free shipping, except for "Express Shipping" orders. Select the Flat Rate or Standard Rate with CO2 Offsetting options to receive free shipping for the order.

 

ADJUSTING YOUR ORDER

Once an order is submitted, you cannot make changes. This includes size changes, shipping information and promotional codes. Please contact us as soon as possible so we can stop the order from shipping to you. Please email us at support@seasgetdegrees.com.

In the case that the order has already been sent out, check out our Returns/Exchanges process on "Returns" and we’ll get you sorted.

IF YOU DO NOT RECEIVE CORRECT ITEM(S) OR THE ORDER HAS QUALITY ISSUES

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to take photos of your items/invoices and email them us at: support@seasgetdegrees.com. For more on what photos are needed, check out our Damage/Quality Issues process on "Returns" and we’ll take care of you. If approved, we will ship you the new replacement item, free of shipping.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

SEASGETDEGREES.COM RETURN POLICY

We want you to love your gear as much as we love designing it. If something’s not quite right, no worries — we’ve got you. You have 30 days from delivery to request a return or exchange. We’ll gladly accept unworn, unwashed, and unaltered merchandise purchased on seasgetdegrees.com for return. For inquiries regarding returns, check out our process on "Returns" and we’ll get you sorted. If your return request is approved, we will then email you a return shipping label to mail back the item(s).

 

REFUNDS

The return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund amount. We cannot refund a different form of payment. Once we have received your item(s), you will be refunded for the return shipping cost. If you return your item(s) after the return window time frame, we may be able to offer you Seas Get Degrees web-store credit.

We do not offer refunds for e-gift cards.

You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@seasgetdegrees.com.

 

NONREFUNDABLE POLICY

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

EXCHANGE POLICY

We handle exchanges the same as returns. If you wish to exchange, check out our "Exchanges" process on "Returns" and we’ll get you sorted. If your exchange request is approved, we will then email you a return shipping label to mail back the item(s) free of charge. Once we receive the item(s), we will refund your original form of payment minus the shipping return cost. With that refund, you may then purchase your new item(s) or desired size.

Please note: If you requested an item for exchange that we no longer have available, we’ll process a return instead. If this does occur, you’ll receive a return email to notify you about the return.

 

DAMAGE/QUALITY ISSUES

Understanding how we can continue to make better choices for the planet we love, especially the salty parts, we will not require you to ship back any defective products. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Purchased items will be shipped within 3-5 business days of the order.

Your order will most likely be shipped with the Flat Rate. Once shipped, orders are generally received within 3-5 business days. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. This means that it could take roughly 10 business days for your order to arrive to you. While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, seasgetdegrees.com cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control, such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc.

You will be charged once you have purchased your items. Orders are subject to verification and approval before shipping.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an e-mail.

 
SHIPPING TRANSIT TIMES

All orders are shipped out of Texas. We do our best to ship orders promptly. Please be patient. Shipments vary upon what state it's going to. Usually about a maximum of 7-10 business days.
 

SHIPPING & HANDLING

DOMESTIC

Rates are based on your Zip Code/Postal Code. All orders within Texas will incur the current Texas sales tax. Orders do not ship until they have been fully processed. Unfortunately, UPS does not service P.O. Box or APO addresses.

INTERNATIONAL

International items ship in 5-20 business days excluding foreign customs processing.

Taxes will be included in your order however, no additional duties will be applied to your order upon checkout. Please refer to your country's local customs authority website for the latest updates on Value Added Tax (VAT) rates, customs tariffs and other fees. Seasgetdegrees.com, holds no responsibility for fees that are subjected by international authorities.

 

PLEASE NOTE: We do our best to keep Customs costs down, however customers shipping orders to destinations outside the United States are responsible for all taxes, duties, tariffs and fees in addition to adhering to all applicable customs laws and restrictions associated with the import of products into that country from the United States. Because these laws and fees can change over time, Seasgetdegrees.com encourages customers to check with the applicable Customs offices before placing an order. Seasgetdegrees.com does not add any of these fees to orders before checkout. Seasgetdegrees.com will not reimburse the Customer for any portion of the price of goods purchased, the cost of shipping, taxes, customs or any other fee on orders undelivered due to recipient refusal.

We are unable to ship domestically and / or internationally to P.O./APO/FPO boxes.

RISK OF LOSS

All products purchased from the website are transported and delivered to you by an independent carrier not affiliated with, or controlled by, Seas Get Degrees. Title to the products purchased on the website, as well as the risk of loss for such products, passes to you when Seas Get Degrees, delivers these items to the carrier.

 

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
