Returns/Exchanges/Quality Issues


We want you to love your gear as much as we love designing it. If something’s not quite right, no worries — we’ve got you. You have 30 days from delivery to request a return or exchange. We’ll gladly accept unworn, unwashed, and unaltered merchandise purchased on seasgetdegrees.com for return or exchange.

 


 

Returns

Use the following link: https://account.seasgetdegrees.com and we’ll get you sorted. No stress.

  1. Click the "Orders" tab on the left.
  2. Search for the order that you wish to return with the order number or item name.
  3. Click "Request return" for the order that you want to submit the return for.
  4. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
  5. Any products listed as "Sale" cannot be returned.
  6. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
  7. Click "Request return".

If your return request is approved, we will then email you a return shipping label to mail back the item(s). The return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund amount. We cannot refund a different form of payment. Once we have received your item(s), you will be refunded for the return shipping cost. If you return your item(s) after the return window time frame, we may be able to offer you Seas Get Degrees web-store credit.

Exchanges

We handle exchanges the same as returns. If you wish to exchange an item(s), please process it as an exchange (Step 6) by using the following link: https://account.seasgetdegrees.com

  1. Click the "Orders" tab on the left.
  2. Search for the order that you wish to return with the order number or item name.
  3. Click "Request return" for the order that you want to submit the return for.
  4. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
  5. Any products listed as "Sale" cannot be returned.
  6. Select a return reason and add a note for the store. (For all exchanges, please use the note section to state that you are looking to exchange the order)
  7. Click "Request return".

We will then email you a return shipping label to mail back the item(s) free of charge. Once we receive the item(s), we will refund your original form of payment minus the shipping return cost. With that refund, you may then purchase your new item(s) or desired size.

Please note: If you requested an item for exchange that we no longer have available, we’ll process a return instead. If this does occur, you’ll receive a return email to notify you about the return.

Damage/Quality Issues

Understanding how we can continue to make better choices for the planet we love, especially the salty parts, we will not require you to ship back any defective products. By doing this, we will reduce our contribution to landfill waste and carbon dioxide within our environment. - The Seas Get Degrees Crew

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to take photos of your items and email them us at: support@seasgetdegrees.com. If approved, we will ship you the new replacement item, free of shipping, or offer you a refund of your original amount.

Here are the types of photos we need, depending on the issue:

Print placement issues: Lay the product flat and take a photo where the entire product is visible, clearly showing the print placement. It’s helpful to include a measuring tool (like a ruler or measuring tape) in the photo to show the placement of the print relative to the width or height of the product.

Print quality issues: Take a well-lit photo of the affected area, ensuring the print details are clearly visible.

Damaged product defects: (e.g., holes, stains): Include a photo of the damaged or defective part along with at least part of the product’s design to help us identify the item.

Incorrect product received: Include a photo of the product along with the packing slip visible in the same image. Depending on the quality of the item(s), you may have to ship the item back to us, free of charge.

Size discrepancies: If the size tag shows a different size than what was ordered, please submit a photo of the product with the size tag visible. Depending on the quality of the item(s), you may have to ship the item back to us, free of charge.
